A: We began delivering in December 2009. |
Q: How much does it cost for delivery? |
A: There is an $8 charge for an order to be delivered in the stated delivery area. Should you want an order delivered outside of our delivery area, an additional charge may apply. |
Q: Where do your groceries come from? |
A: We shop for each order on the day the order is to be delivered from local grocery stores. |
Q: Will you deliver to my business or office? |
A: Yes, we charge the same $8 fee for delivery whether it’s a home or business delivery. |
Q: How do I return or exchange an item? |
A: We provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on every item you purchase from Delivered To U. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us by email at : groceriesdtu@gmail.com or by phone at (412) 254-3882, for a replacement or store credit. |
Q: Do you make substitutions? |
A: Yes, from time to time an item you ordered may be out of stock. When this happens, we will either substitute it with a similar item or not fill the item at all. Let us know when you order which you perfer. |
Q: What happens if you’re late? |
A: We will call you to arrange a new time, if necessary. |
Q: What happens if I’m not home when you deliver? |
A: You can understand the time and cost of delivering your groceries not once but twice. If you are able to arrange a new time with the driver, there will be a $10 additional charge to re-deliver your order that same day/night. If we have to store your products overnight, there will be a $15 re-delivery fee. |
Q: Will you drop-off my groceries if I can’t be home? |
A: No, drop off delivery is not available at this time. In the future this may be a possibility. |
Q: How do I cancel or change an order? |
A: If you need to cancel or change an order, simply contact Customer Service before the ordering deadline. There is no charge for canceling or changing your order. |
Q: Can I add items to my order? |
A: Yes, it’s easy to add products to your order! Simply call, fax or email us prior to the 5 pm deadline and we will make the requested cahanges to you order. There is no additional charge for adding products to your order. |
Q: Do you accept coupons? |
A: Unfortunately, we do not. The administrative cost of handling coupons would force us to raise our delivery fee. |
Q: Do you accept tips? |
A: Tipping is completely optional, but always appreciated. |
